SÉPHORA KERMABON
Founding lawyer
Séphora Kermabon is a passionate and committed lawyer with strong expertise in human rights, due diligence, and the impacts of climate change on individuals and communities.
​
Before founding her firm, Séphora worked at international law firms in Montreal, Paris, Brussels, and Amsterdam. She was also a human rights and business ethics consultant for various consultancy firms.
​
Séphora has worked with French and international institutions, serving as a litigation lawyer in the public sector (Prefecture and Ministry) and with international organizations such as the UN Refugee Agency and the World Health Organization. She also teaches at Sorbonne Nouvelle.
Séphora holds a European master's degree in Human Rights and Democratisation from the Global Campus of Human Rights in Venice, a master's degree in European Economic Law, and a double degree in Law and Philosophy from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Maître Elia El Kouh is a lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar. She practices in business law, consumer law, and compliance for French and international clients across various sectors.
She advises and supports clients in negotiating and drafting national and international contracts (sales, service agreements, distribution, subcontracting, commercial agency).
She also represents clients in commercial and consumer disputes, including abusive contract termination, unfair practices, debt collection, unfair competition, and non-compliant products, both amicably, in court, or through arbitration.
Her practice also focuses on international sanctions, anti-corruption (Sapin II), IA, regulatory obligations, and ethical risk prevention, including drafting codes of conduct, conducting audits, implementing whistleblowing systems, and training.

The fees are determined based on an hourly rate or a fixed fee, to which an additional success fee may be added.
